ModeratorHello Hélène,
Do you mean the current day date? Unfortunately, there is no such option in the plugin, you may find all the available tags below each email template: https://prnt.sc/x9vzhn.

ModeratorHello Fede,
Whatever seasons you have got you should add them all in one rate and not keep each season in a separate rate.

ModeratorHello Selin,
As I can see your ticket has been replied, here is the response once again:
You should make sure that accommodation is actually assigned to the accommodation type in question. Navigate to the accommodation type page and check whether there is at least one active accommodation assigned to it: https://prnt.sc/x9t2sc.
Also, navigate to Rates and check whether they are currently assigned to the accommodation type: https://prnt.sc/x9t7es.

ModeratorHello Fede,
In order to avoid this issue from happening you should make sure to add all the seasons within a single rate – there is no need to create a separate rate for each season. Once all the seasons are included in a single rate everything should work properly.

ModeratorHello there,
I am afraid this is not something we can handle from our end and I would kindly ask that you contact Stripe support team regarding this matter – they should be able to help.

ModeratorHello there,
The issue with the images not being displayed has been resolved by our developers already and should be included in the next plugin update. We are expecting the Hotel Booking plugin update to be released shortly.
2. Adding a New Accommodation Type the page does not show the side block…how I do to show it?
The issue is most likely caused by the fact that rates are not configured properly for the created accommodation type. You should make sure to have seasons and rates configured first according to directions from this article.

ModeratorHello Martin,
Such changes would require custom development, which is beyond our support scope, unfortunately.
As for the [mphb_total_capacity] and [mphb_size], there are no such shortcodes in the plugin, capacity and size are added as functions in the loop-room-type-view.php file under /wp-content/plugins/motopress-hotel-booking/includes/views/ directory.Regards,

ModeratorHello Robert,
Thank you for your suggestions, it is much appreciated. I must say that performing described changes would require custom development with major changes to the plugin code. Unfortunately, our developers are currently busy with other priority tasks, so they will not be able to check this request in the nearest future.
As an alternative, you may use Loco Translate plugin and change the “Total Price:” and “Deposit:” texts to something else in order to make it more clear to your guests. Check this article with an example on how to change text via Loco Translate plugin.Regards,

ModeratorHello Marcus,
Our developers have already fixed compatibility issues and now the Slider works fine both with WordPress v. 5.5 and v. 5.6. The update should be released shortly, most likely this week. We will keep you posted regarding this matter.

ModeratorHello Eddie,
So far there is no such option in the plugin, however, we do have such a feature request and I have added your up-vote to it as well. In case there are more requests from other users, we will consider adding this option in one of the plugin future updates.
Anyone else, who also needs this feature feel free to let us know by commenting this thread.Regards,

ModeratorHello Ruxandra,
There should be no issues uploading SVG images to any part of the WordPress website, try one of the options described in this article in order to be able to do that (if the plugin option did not work try the functions.php file editing one).

ModeratorHello Ruxandra,
The height can be changed by altering top and bottom padding for the header image. Add the following code under Appearance ->Customize ->Additional CSS:
.site .site-wrapper .site-header .site-header-wrapper.custom-image-bg .page-header-custom { padding-bottom: 240px; padding-top: 240px; }Reduce/increase 240px values both for bottom and top padding in order to change the image height.
