Can’t book over two different seasons.

Hi, I have created a set of seasons and rates for each one.

I can book over a single season (for eg. from 20/7 till 5/8 as both July – Aug are part of the same ‘high’ season), but if I try to book over two different seasons (for eg. from 25/8 till 4/9 —September is ‘mid season’—) I get a “There are no rates for requested dates” message.

Hello Fede,

In order to avoid this issue from happening you should make sure to add all the seasons within a single rate – there is no need to create a separate rate for each season. Once all the seasons are included in a single rate everything should work properly.

Ok, so ‘seasons’ would become, for eg. “2021” while ‘rates’ would be for eg. “low season (jan – mar)” or “high season (jul – aug)” inside “2021”, then?

Hello Fede,

Whatever seasons you have got you should add them all in one rate and not keep each season in a separate rate.
