Hello Joeri,
You should still create two seasons for weekdays and weekends with the following booking rules:
– the weekdays season should allow to check in on Monday and check out on Friday with min-stay and max-stay set to 4 nights,
– the weekend season should allow check in on Friday and check-out on Sunday and Monday with min-stay set to 2 nights and max-stay set to 3 nightsIf there is still no luck, kindly submit a request to our Help Desk providing your website URL and temporary access to WordPress dashboard, so we take a closer look at the issue.

Thank you for explaining the issue in more details. At first I thought you were referring to the backend booking. I have checked booking on the front-end and was able to replicate the issue you are referring to. I have passed the request for further investigation to our developers. Once I receive any feedback from them, I will immediately let you know.

AndreAndre FloresModeratorHello Carol,
Since the plugin is built in Villagio theme you have purchased, you should make sure to update the theme to the latest version first (v. 1.8.3). Once it is done, you will be able to update the Hotel Booking plugin itself. If you have the Pro version of the plugin activated, you should deactivate the Lite version, as it will be no longer required. All the settings and data will remain in tact.

AndreAndre FloresModeratorHello Mario,
The Hotel Booking plugin allows syncing availability only, which means no other data is imported, e.g. rates, customers’ data etc.
Starting from Hotel Booking v. 3.9.6 the imported bookings are marked with another color in the booking calendar. Besides, when you hover such bookings you see a note that the booking was imported from external calendar.Regards,
AndreAndre FloresModeratorHello Ash,
You should check the Elementor widget settings and make sure the margin it set to: 0 0 0 0: https://prnt.sc/11fvr73.

This issue is rather individual, so I am afraid there are no general recommendation on how to resolve it.

AndreAndre FloresModeratorHello Marco,
Thank you for your detailed feedback, it is much appreciated.
As I understood you would like to apply 100% coupon code to the manually added bookings and have the deposit amount deducted only, and not the whole accommodation subtotal amount, is this correct?
If so, then you could create another coupon code with the amount equal to the deposit amount, e.g. if the deposit is set to 20%, then create 20% coupon code to have this amount deducted from the total booking price only while adding the booking manually.
As for the options I have described in my previous response, they should also do, however, you will need to add a payment equal to the deposit amount in addition to the manually created booking, so guests could then pay the remaining balance due.
Let me know what you think.Regards,
AndreAndre FloresModeratorHello Linda,
Unfortunately, there is no option in the Hotel Booking plugin to display the highest rate, it displays the current season rate by default. It is usually recommended to have the lowest price displayed, however, you may try set the “Show Lowest Price for” option under Accommodation ->Settings tab to some future date of the season with the highest price to have it displayed on the website.
