Thanks for your question. The Hotel Booking allows a 1-night minimum stay. Though the day of the check-out is available for a new reservation. So you may describe this on your site or ask the guests to add this to the Note filed to notify you that checkout is on the same day.

Hi Mark, As a rule, the information and configurations remain during plugin re-installation. Though, since WordPress 5+ it is possible to upload a new version of the plugin over the current one without removing it.

1. If you are going to be the only owner/administrator for all the 10 houses, then yes, this is possible. You will be able to use Attributes in order to create several locations and apply those attributes terms to corresponding accommodation type (house)
2. The plugin is pretty flexible and allows integrating its elements to any pages/posts via shortcodes. As for styles, they will be mostly inherited by your theme, so you might need to add custom CSS to adjust the look and feel of the plugin

I bought this plugin, but I am facing a multilingual issue.
I want to be able to book the same room in French and English. I don’t want to multiply the types of rooms, I just want to translate them.
If I use a multisite, I have two calendars with two different administrations.
If I use polylang, I have two rooms and two types of rooms for real accommodation.
In these two cases, it is difficult to have an overview of the reservations and not to have double reservations for the same room.
What can I do to fix this problem?
I saw that WPML is compatible, but before purchasing it I want to make sure that the problem with Polylang will not be reproduced.
Hello Doninique! We indeed recommend to use WPML as it is 100%-compatible with the Hotel Booking. By default only accommodation types are translated to another language, accommodations themselves should not be translated at all, which means their ID’s are the same for all the languages. This way when your guest books an accommodation in English version, it will automatically become unavailable in French version
Hi, I want to be able to offer a free airport transfer for guests who book 5 days or more at my Villa. Can this plugin do that?
Basically if they stay 1-4 days, then the airport transfer will cost $10 each way, and I want that to be displayed as an optional service. But if they book 5 or more days, then the transfer service will be $0 cost.
I see that it can offer services, but only as a strict must pay service, or a $0 cost, but you can’t link it to the amount of days that the guest statys.

If there is a single owner then you may rent out as many properties as you wish. By default, the Hotel Booking plugin does not have the functionality for the multi-owner platforms. You might need to extend/customize the plugin.

Most likely the Paystack can be integrated into WooCommerce. You may check this and if it works indeed you will be able to integrate Paystack from WooCommerce to Hotel Booking using HB WooCommerce Payments additionally with Hotel Booking plugin.

We have created HB WooCommerce Payments extension just to give an ability to use the payment gateways of WooCommerce to confirm reservation made on the Hotel Booking plugin. So if Paystack can be used with WooCommerce you will be able to use it in the Hotel Booking plugin by means of HB WooCommerce Payments. So you will need the following:

– WooCommerce plugin and Paystack addon for WooCommerce in order to enable paystack on your site

At the moment, the Terms&Conditions page that is displayed at the Checkout page, is general for all the accommodation types. It can be attached under your dashboard > Accommodation > Settings > Terms & Conditions.
We have such a request to attach different Terms&Conditions for different acc types, on the plugin feature requests list. We can add your upvote for this feature and notify you as soon as this gets implemented.
