we are using coachzee from 2022 and it’s upgraded to 1.1.1 version. the issue we found that clicking on service menu and then after choosing some service by clicking url it shows not well formatted page along with error

coachzee 1.1.1 is not compatible with latest booking plugin

There is Coachzee version 1.1.3 since November 2023. Please update the theme and use it with the latest version of the plugin without editing code.

Interested CoachZee theme. Is there anyway in the booking plugin , on a user perspective , to ask for time frange availability and the seller, the merchant will reply . Example: the user can ask an appointement either monday morning or tuesday afternoon and the merchant will reply, OK, we can meet on monday 10:00am.

The merchant can add a flexible schedule to let the customer book the timeslots when he is available. Otherwise, you may add a custom contact form or phone number asomewhere on your site and let customers contact the admin and ask when it is better to book an appointment.

I am looking for a WordPress theme and booking plugins for online music lessons for the company I work for. Classes will be over Zoom or the original videoconferencing App.
How can this theme and plugins support time zones in teachers’ schedules and bookings?
Students and instructors live in different time zones even in the US.
In our case, they live in different countries. A registered user will choose a timezone in the profile and visitors may choose a time zone when the schedule of a course is shown.

Thanks for your question. There is used single timezone that is configured in WordPress settings. You may indicate this information in the service description or add it to the email template so that the guests could know the proper timezone and could check when it is by their local time.
appointment pluigin included in CoachZee does not allow me make manual booking.
Hi, Please make sure you use the latest version of the theme 1.1.0 with Appointment Booking v1.13.0 to be able to add bookings from the front-end. You may also contact our support team if you still have difficulties adding bookings manually.
Hello, nice theme I bought it less than a month ago and there is Appointment Booking plugin included but in version 1.6.3 and I see in the plugins section that there is a much newer version as well in this version I can’t use Google Calendar API integration, is there any way to update the plugin in this theme ?

The updates of the inbuilt plugin depend on the theme updates. You may wait till the plugin is updated within one of the further releases of the theme. Or you may purchase stand-alone version of the plugin additionally and get plugin updates whenever they are released.
