ModeratorHello Hevilat!
Please note that there is no functionality for multiple currencies in the Hotel Booking plugin by default. We do have such a feature request though and I have added your up-vote to it as well. In case there are more similar requests from other users, we will consider adding this feature to one of the plugin future updates.
As for the WOOCS – WooCommerce Currency Switcher plugin, it can be used for WooCommerce products only, it can not be applied to accommodations themselves. I am afraid I can not recommend this plugin to achieve what you need.Regards,

ModeratorHello, Daniel!
That is correct, the status is “Pending Admin” in case of using offline payments via WooCommerce Payments only. If using in-built offline payments, the status is usually “Confirmed” – this is the reason both Admin and Customer get “Confirmed booking e-mail”. When using Direct Bank Transfer, I would recommend to include a note to your Guests about the order automatic cancellation in case of not receiving payment within specific amount of time – you may add this note to the payment instructions within the payment gateway.

ModeratorHello Maria,
You may use the [mphb_services] shortcode for this purpose, specifying exact services ID’s in it, so specific services are displayed on the page only, e.g.: [mphb_services ids=”26,31,35,40″]: https://prnt.sc/v8hb9p. You may get the service ID by hovering the service under Accommodation ->Services tab: https://prnt.sc/v8hc9o.

ModeratorHello there,
In order to avoid this from happening you should navigate to Accommodation ->Settings and enable “Skip search results page and enable direct booking from accommodation pages.” option there.

ModeratorHello Martin!
Thank you for your suggestions, it is much appreciated. I will make sure to pass them all to our developers. As for the plugin updates, several other features have been added to the Hotel Booking plugin along with some minor fixes since this topic was created. Please note that we select features for development by their popularity, so I am sure our developers will get back to your request as well.

ModeratorHello, James!
Thank you for your detailed feedback, it is much appreciated. I have consulted with our developers and they informed me that booking statuses are stored in post_status column of the wp_posts table. I hope this helps.
It would be also nice to see live result of what you have been able to achieve in regards of displaying guest booking information on front-end, I am sure many Hotel Booking users are interested in this as well.Regards,

ModeratorHello, Florian!
Thank you for your suggestion regarding this matter, I will let our developers know and hope they will be able to implement this option to the plugin soon.

ModeratorHello, Gabriel!
First question:
There are no specific requirements for the Hotel Booking plugin, it all depends on the number of requests your website sends to the server (the number of accommodation types, the number of bookings/seasons/rates you have got etc. ). However, I would recommend having at least 256MB of memory limit, in order to avoid issues with exceeding it.Second question: Regarding the search result.
Unfortunately, there is no option to display several accommodation types in the Recommended section. As for ordering accommodations in the search results, there are only two options to order them by in the [mphb_search_results] shortcode – “order” and “price”: https://prnt.sc/v6wu3r.Third consultation:
Unfortunately, there is no option to have the recommended section to look like other accommodation types in search results, it would require additional customization in PHP code. If you have sufficient knowledge in PHP, you may overwrite default functions from search-results-shortcode.php file under /wp-content/plugins/motopress-hotel-booking/includes/shortcodes/ directory in your theme functions.php file in order to apply desired changes.Regards,
AndreOctober 26, 2020 at 8:33 am in reply to: Do not show accommodations that are too small for search parameters #1021499Andre Flores
ModeratorHello, Gabriel!
This happens because the plugin allows multi-booking – booking several accommodations at one. This would be useful in case there are no accommodations for 5 guests available, as your guests may still want to book one accommodation for 4 guests and one – for 1 guest.
If you would like to have accommodation types displayed only depending on selected number of guests, you may try this workaround.Regards,

ModeratorHello, Marita!
You may use variable pricing option in order to achieve described variations. However, it will only work for 7-12 guests combination you have mentioned: if you set the price to be 300€ starting from the second night and your guest will book 3 nights, the price will be calculated exactly as 300€+300€+300€, there is no way to charge 500€ for the first night and then 300€ for further nights (as described in your example for 1-6 guests).

ModeratorHello, James!
Unfortunately, there is no option in the plugin to retrieve the booking status on the front-end. Could you provide some examples on how would you like to use it and how would it look like on the front-end?

ModeratorHello, Philip!
Unfortunately, there is no option in the plugin to book a room without having at least one adult selected. However, we will keep your request in mind and in case there are more similar requests from other users, we will consider adding this feature in one of the plugin future updates.
Anyone else who also needs this feature feel free to let me know by commenting this topic.Regards,
