The Slider should be compatible with the latest PHP version, however, the issue could have occurred after WordPress update to v. 5.6. Try downgrading the WordPress version temporary and checking whether it resolves the issue.

Currently there is no such functionality in the plugin. As an option you may add a notice on your website and then provide you guests with specific coupon codes, so they could apply them to their bookings and have the price discounted.
We do have similar feature request, so I have added your up-vote to it as well.

Looks like for some reason system pages were not created or/and assigned to corresponding options after Hotel Booking plugin installation. Again the issue is with images dimensions. These images used in the original theme are 2560px in width, that is why they are displayed nicely both as a header backgrounds and a sidebar widget images, check the theme demo.
As for centering the images, I can see they are already centered on your website: https://prnt.sc/w556ev.
