Hello, Sylvain!
Unfortunately, generating invoices feature is not available in the Hotel Booking at the moment, however, we do have such a feature request and it is already in our to-do list. I have added your up-vote to it as well. Once there are any updates regarding this matter, we will let you know.

AndreAndre FloresModeratorHello, Charlotte!
It does look like a CSS issue, however, looks like the layout issue is caused by some additional plugins/scripts. Try deactivating additional plugins to find out whether one of them causes the Checkout page to look like this. If the issue persists, I would recommend that you submit your request to our Help Desk providing temporary access to your WordPress dashboard for further investigation.

By default there is no option to display service image on the Checkout page, however, you may add corresponding icon next to each service via custom CSS. Feel free to check an example on how to do that in this thread.

So far there were no similar requests/complaints from other users. I would recommend that you submit a request to our Help Desk providing a temporary access to your WordPress dashboard, so we take a closer look at the issue.

I suggest that you delete all the logs on the screen you have provided in your screenshot first. Once it is done, try syncing the external calendars once again. I would also recommend that you navigate to Accommodation ->Settings and set the Automatically delete sync logs older than option to at least a “Week”. If the issue repeats in future, set the option to “Day” – this will prevent the database from sync logs overload.

AndreAugust 31, 2020 at 8:27 am in reply to: How change in accommodation/settings in other languanges? #997338Andre FloresModeratorHi, Imre!
There is no need to select different pages for each language under Accommodation ->Settings, you should just make sure the system pages translated versions exist. You will be able to change the text of the system pages using String Translations.
As for the accommodations, they also should not be translated, only accommodation types themselves.
Please note that each translation is a separate page, so it has a unique ID. The ID of an accommodation type in Spanish (ex. ID = 99), is different from the ID of the same accommodation type in French (ex. ID = 150). So when you add shortcodes of the booking system on Spanish page, make sure to use Spanish ID’s: [mphb_availability_calendar id=”99″] And if you use shortcodes on French pages of your website, use French ID’s in the shortcodes: [mphb_availability_calendar id=”150″]
You may get the accommodation type ID by hovering its title under Accommodation ->Accommodation Types tab.
Make sure to check this article carefully in order to learn how to translate the plugin properly.Regards,

Do you mean you want to assign an existing accommodation to another accommodation type? If so, I am afraid such option is not available, you will need to create a new accommodation in order to be able to assign it to the desired accommodation type.

I would kindly ask that you provide me with the example page URL and attach some screenshots on what exactly you are trying to achieve, since I am afraid I did not quiet get your point.
Thank you in advance.Regards,
AndreAndre FloresModeratorHello, Jose!
As far as I understood you would like to not just get rid of the sidebar, but to change the products columns count from 3 to 4. You may achieve this by following one of the provided solutions in this thread.

I am following your concerns and frustration, our developers are doing their best to find the cause if the issue and the resolution to it. Unfortunately, it turned out to be not an easy task due to the issue specificity. Still, the issue does not occur while testing, but only with the real bookings. Our developers have installed hidden logs to your servers in order to catch the issue, so I hope that the resolution will be provided shortly.
I hope for your understanding.

You may added the code right under Appearance ->Customize ->Additional CSS tab. If you prefer to use child theme, you may also add the code to any .css file under your child theme.

You may change any desired text using Loco Translate plugin. Kindly refer to this example on how to do that.
As for the coma sign between amenities, you may easily get rid of them by following directions from this article.Regards,
AndreAndre FloresModeratorHello, Deryck!
All the bookings are available under Bookings ->All Bookings tab in the Dashboard – so far this is the only option to view available bookings with all the statuses.

AndreAndre FloresModeratorHello there,
You may disable the Home page header to make your slider displayed at the very top by adding the following code under Appearance ->Customize ->Additional CSS:
.home .entry-header-wrapper.no-image { display: none; }
If you would like to do that on other pages as well, make sure to remove .home from the code.
