Please note that the plugin inherits the active theme styles, therefore, some custom styling changes may be required in order to make the gallery looking per your desire. I would recommend that you submit a request to our Help Desk providing a temporary access to your WordPress dashboard, so we take a closer look at the issue.

The status of bookings paid via offline payments is set to “Pending Admin” by default, as well as the WooCommerce order status is set to “On-hold” – both statuses do not allow booking/order automatic cancellation. The admin receives a notification that the order has been placed. If the payment is not processed within next 10 minutes, the admin will have to change the booking/order status to “Cancelled” manually – this is how the offline payments processing works.

Yes, you are right, looks like the “mphb_ical_sync_rooms_queue_processed_data” option is outdated, it was used in the previous versions of Hotel Booking. Are you still unable to log in to your Dashboard? If so, I would recommend that you submit a request to our Help Desk providing FTP and WordPress admin access credentials, so we take a closer look at the issue.

You may use the “Guest Choice” option for the service and limit the maximum amount to the length of stay: https://prnt.sc/ubcdj7. Such configuration will allow your Guests to choose the number of times (nights) they want to use the service for.

Although the feature does not appear to be popular among Hotel Booking users, however, if there are more requests regarding this matter, we will consider adding this option to one of plugin future updates.

It does look like a CSS issue, however, looks like the layout issue is caused by some additional plugins/scripts. Try deactivating additional plugins to find out whether one of them causes the Checkout page to look like this. If the issue persists, I would recommend that you submit your request to our Help Desk providing temporary access to your WordPress dashboard for further investigation.

By default there is no option to display service image on the Checkout page, however, you may add corresponding icon next to each service via custom CSS. Feel free to check an example on how to do that in this thread.
