Synchronization problem with booking.com

    Hello, I’ve a synchronization activated for just booking.com website and ntil some days ago everything work properly.
    Now in my backend the log shows this:

    Appunti01

    In the booking backend everything looks fine.
    I’ve tried to update the external calendars but the situation is the same.
    What’s the problem?

    Hello, Bernardo!

    I suggest that you delete all the logs on the screen you have provided in your screenshot first. Once it is done, try syncing the external calendars once again. I would also recommend that you navigate to Accommodation ->Settings and set the Automatically delete sync logs older than option to at least a “Week”. If the issue repeats in future, set the option to “Day” – this will prevent the database from sync logs overload.

    I have made the ssynchronization from scratch and now everything is ok.
