KeymasterHi Cammy,
You have done everything right to achieve what you need. The only setting left to enable is ‘Skip Search Results’ in Accommodation > Settings. Then the visitors will be able to check the availability only of a respective property on each landing page, and proceed directly to the checkout page.

KeymasterHi James,
The prices on your website can be displayed if the number in Accommodation > Settings (Show Lowest Price for) covers the start of your nearest pricing season.

KeymasterHi Jonathan,
“Edit WordPress Text” may mean that the content that you are trying to edit was not created with MotoPress Content Editor. You can recognize our content as it is wrapped in shortcodes that start like [mp_
A page builder can only edit its own content. If you are using a Cherry theme, most likely, the content was created with cherry shortcodes.Stacy Lind
KeymasterHi Stramatis,
Please, follow this instruction for updating:
1. Deactivate and delete the currently installed versions of MotoPress Content Editor.
2. Login into your MotoPress account https://www.motopress.com/my-account/ You can do it with the email that you used to buy the plugin. If you do not know your password, click ‘Lost Password?’.
3. As soon as you login find your product and click View Details and Downloads. There you will see a file for download and its license key.
4. You need to install the downloaded file through your Dashboard > Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin.
5. Do not forget to activate your plugin with the license key from your MotoPress account.
The re-installation will not affect your content.

KeymasterHi Gabi,
‘Prices start at’ is supposed to display the lowest price for the nearest number of days. This number is defined in Accommodation > Settings (Show Lowest Price for). Please, check if this number covers the days when your second accommodation type is available.

KeymasterHi Gabi,
Try creating a new translation fro the theme in the Loco tab > Themes > Villagio > + New Language > select your language > Start translating. then these strings should get picked up.

KeymasterGlad that it works now!

KeymasterJQuery might be outdated within the theme. If it is not the case, we could have a closer look if you submit a ticket attaching the theme

KeymasterHi Neil,
You can check if there is any conflict with a third-party plugin by disabling all the plugins, except for MotoPress Slider. If it works, enable the other plugins one by one to find the one causing conflict. Also switching to a standard WordPress theme may help. If you want us to have a look at the issue, please, submit a ticket here.

KeymasterHi Lukas,
You can design the system accommodation type pages with Elementor:
1. Enable the Developer mode in Accommodation > Settings (Template Mode).
2. Enable Elementor for Accommodation Types in the Elementor tab > Settings.
3. Open an accommodation type with Elementor and in Settings (left menu, bottom) select the Layout as Elementor Full Width.
This will give you an empty accommodation type page, where you can add the system elements however you want with Elementor (tutorial).Stacy Lind
KeymasterAll the missing currencies were added in version 2.7.5 of MotoPress Hotel Booking.

KeymasterHi Kevin,
The services are only charged per adult, so the workaround with renaming Children will not work for you. Try creating the pets as a service in Accommodation > Settings (tutorial). The service needs to be per person per night. The customers will be able to select the number of pets on the checkout page and the price will be recalculated automatically.
Let us know if this works for you.December 19, 2018 at 1:30 pm in reply to: Is Emmet and the content editor compatible with WordPress 5 ? #753238Stacy Lind
KeymasterHi Geoff,
We have tested Emmet and MotoPress Content Editor with WordPress 5. They are compatible.
Note that MotoPress Content Editor is not compatible with Internet Explorer. Try using a different browser, like Chrome or Firefox.
If it does not help, please, submit a ticket with all the details to our support system.Stacy Lind
KeymasterHi Mirjana,
Unfortunately, it is not possible to select different languages for system pages (checkout, search results, T&C) with Polylang. This can be done with WPML.
