Hi Philip,

Yes, that parameter sets delay for all slides. I thought that you have 14 seconds videos at each slide and recommended you to reduce it. Then you can change it back and just wait another 14 seconds after the video. This is how it works.
As a workaround you can add your video as background . It will play depending on Slideshow delay parameter.

Make sure you have set up theme colors correctly as we can not replicate the issue with default settings.
Also default style might be overwritten by some plugin. You can try to deactivate plugins one by one and check if some of them does this.

Try to add the same amount of lines to description of feature items. The item can not be located under item with longer description in its row.
Or you can add custom height for features item by adding this style:

1. You can create a page, name it Portfolio, launch Page Builder by MotoPress, add Posts Grid element, configure to show Portfolio post types in 2 columns, etc. Save and Publish this page. Then go to Appearance>Portfolio Section and link Portfolio button with this page.

Front Page layout is applied automatically for Page which is selected as Home one. You should just go to WordPress Settings>Reading and set some static page as Home one. The layout with Artworks post types should appear automatically.
