We’ll test that theme however when I visited its page I found the following message:This theme hasn’t been updated in over 2 years. It may no longer be maintained or supported and may have compatibility issues when used with more recent versions of WordPress.
That’s why it is not recommended to use it. I would recommend to try our WordPress Emmet Theme instead. There are available either Free and Premium versions.

Yes, you can modify styles with access to dashboard only. You can go to Appearance>Customize>Additional CSS and edit the styles you need overwriting them.

The latest version of plugin (2.2.0) is compatible with WordPress latest version. If you still have difficulties you can try to switch to another theme and launch Visual Builder there. If it is not helpful you can also check if TinyMCE editor (default WordPress editor) is functioning properly. That is you can switch between Text and Visual modes. If it is not helpful you can submit a request to our support team. They will take a closer look at the issue.

We have replied at wordpress.org but I would duplicate the answer here:Email is sent to your client only after order status is changed (from Pending to Complete). In case of “Cash on delivery” method you will need to set Complete status manually and email will be sent after that. We’ll think about adding notification email for your clients to receive right after the order. Thank you.
