Hello Fenton,
It will be not quite convenient to add existing bookings to the Hotel Booking, however, still possible.
You will need to add new bookings under Bookings ->All Bookings ->New Booking filling in the Customer data (if required). You will be able to add any amount as a payment for the booking, so it will already be considered as paid. Once the booking is added, it will automatically be confirmed and you will be able to send a payment request to have the remaining balance due paid by the Customer.Regards,
AndreAndre FloresModeratorHello Trevor,
The issue is still under our developers investigation. Once there are any updates, I will immediately let you know.

AndreAndre FloresModeratorHello Trevor,
I am sorry for the inconvenience. The MotoPress Slider is compatible with the latest WordPress version starting from v. 2.2.0, which was released on January, 18th. Make sure to update the plugin to the latest version in order to have the issue fixed.

AndreAndre FloresModeratorHello Kalvis,
We have just released the WooCommerce Payments add-on update with an ability to insert the product label, which may also include such information as: Booking ID, Reserved Accommodations, Check-in Date and Check-out dates. If you are using this add-on, you will be able to use an additional plugin for WooCommerce, e.g. WooSMS as Pamela suggested in her initial reply.
This will allow you to get SMS notifications once the booking is confirmed.Regards,
AndreAndre FloresModeratorHello Rachel,
You may do that under Accommodation ->Settings tab: https://prnt.sc/11772wu.

This is exactly how it works on the Edme demo, when selecting Mathematics category only services related to mathematics are available for selection: https://prnt.sc/11763ny.
Let me know if this is what you are referring to.Regards,
AndreAndre FloresModeratorHello Bernd,
You should make sure the ID of accommodation is correct first. If it is, check your rates, in case they are not configured or configured improperly for the accommodation type in question no booking form will be displayed.
Alternatively, try using another widget/block instead of the Text one, e.g. Code, Shortcode etc. depending on the editor you are using.Regards,
AndreApril 7, 2021 at 12:26 am in reply to: Stripe web hooks + Pay on arrival or bank transfers. #1101838Andre FloresModeratorHello Ryan,
Stripe allows accepting credit card to pay for the booking. You may also enable Direct Bank Transfer payment method and add instructions for your guests with the account number to pay for a booking to.
As for the Stripe, you only need to set up webhook in case you accept payments other than credit card payments via Stripe, e.g. iDeal, Giropay etc.
I would recommend that you contact Stripe support team regarding the issue with some events not working, as usually all of them should work fine.Regards,
AndreAndre FloresModeratorHello Caroline,
We are still collecting a feedback from our users and honestly the feature has not been quite popular to the date.
As for your case you may try re-ordering your search results using one of the available ordering options in the shortcode: https://prnt.sc/116bzbw.
E.g. try setting ordering to ascending, as it is descending by default:[mphb_search_results order="ASC"]
Regards,
AndreAndre FloresModeratorHello Ryan,
For now there is no such option available in the plugin, however, we do have such a feature request. I have added your up-vote to it and in case there are more requests from other users, we might consider implementing such possibility in one of the plugin future updates.
For now you may try using one of the third-party plugins, e.g.this one. Please note that you might need to use it in combination with out WooCommerce Payments add-on.Regards,
AndreAndre FloresModeratorHello Mario,
Thank you for upvoting, it is much appreciated.

Unfortunately, the feature has not been quite popular to the date, therefore it has not been selected for development yet. For now we are just collecting feedback from our users regarding this matter.

Thank you for your up-vote, it has been counted.
We have not tested the Hotel Booking with those third-party plugins, it was only a suggestion to try one or all of them in combination in order to try to achieve the desired result. Unfortunately, there are no instructions on how to make sure the calendar is visible for other user roles.Regards,
