Help with problem styling search availability

Just hoping you can help me with this issue I am having. I am rebuilding a clients site of mine on a local host at the moment to make it look nicer but I cannot remember how I did this in the first place now, I have followed the documentation you have but I would like this in three columns like below if possible again.

Hey, I followed this but it doesn’t seem to wrap the buttons into the div for the stylesheet to style it like the above, I am using Divi and the shortcode so I’m not sure what I am doing wrong.
