    Hi Bart,

    With the option Skip Search Results enabled, the book button appears on the accommodation type pages when the accommodation type is available. For this it needs to have a season and a rate. Here is what you could check:
    Why my accommodations cannot be booked?
    If it does not help, could you provide a link to your accommodation type page where the button does not appear?

    Hi,

    The step 3 is needed, because our booking plugin allows booking multiple accommodations at a time. By clicking the ‘Book’ button, they add accommodations to their cart. By clicking ‘Confirm Reservation’ they proceed to the checkout page with all the booked accommodations. If you find the wording confusing, you can rename the buttons (and any other text of our plugin) to something more clear with a translation plugin. We can provide an instruction for renaming if needed.

    The Skip Search Results option removes the step 2, so your guests do not lend on the search results page and go directly to the checkout page from the search availability form on accommodation type pages. If you enabled this option, but still see the search results page, while booking from a single accommodation page, our technical support team will need to check the problem on your installation.     Mollie and other custom payment gateways can be connected any time in the future by using the WooCommerce integration addon and a WooCommerce addon for your custom payment gateway.

    There is no diagram explaining the booking process, but you pretty much got it right. Could you specify why you need the diagram?

    Then you would need to use the option Disable “children” option for my website (hide “children” field and use Guests label instead). (Accommodation > Settings).
    Adding new fields on the checkout page is not update-proof. The easiest way to request the number of children and adults would be through renaming one of the existing fields (e.g. address fields or Notes to something like ‘Please, state the number of adults and children staying’. The renaming can be done with a translation plugin, e.g. Loco Translate:
    1. Install the Loco Translate plugin from wp.org and activate it.
    2. Navigate to Dashboard > Loco Translate > Plugins and click Hotel Booking.
    3. Click New Language.
    4. Choose the default language of your WordPress.
    5. Use the filter field to find all strings that you would want to rename.
    6. Add your own phrases as translation.
    7. Save and check the result.

    Hi Stephan,

    We will definitely add it in one of the nearest updates. For now, you can add an explanation at the top of the checkout page by adding text in the standard WordPress editor of the checkout page, or using the field Checkout Text in Accommodation > Settings.

    Hi Joe,

    Most likely, the conflicts are appearing because there was some change in the bookings on booking com (cancellation, some info changed or the dates). There is no unified format in ical to share such changes, so if they happen on booking com, you would need to recreate them manually on the website.

    there is no in-built functionality for this, but you can export certain booking info using the plugin called Export WordPress data to XML/CSV.

    Unfortunately, there is no way to duplicate the rates the way you want, but it would surely be a useful feature. We added it to our feature request list and can notify you if it gets implemented.

    Hi Stephan,

    All MotoPress rental themes are powered by the same booking plugin – MotoPress Hotel Booking. This plugin can be used for renting out any kind of property and any number of properties, including 4 apartments. Simply create your four apartments as four accommodation types in Accommodation > Accommodation Types. Here is a video tutorial to creating accommodation types.
    Could you specify why you think that Oceanica will not fit your case and we will help with the settings?

    If editing php ini does not help, you would need to contact your hosting provider asking to increase the memory limit.
    However, the memory limit that is being requested is a lot for a WordPress website. Review and delete the plugins that you are not using, or excessive content on your website,

    Hi Joe,

    Your request is very timely!
    Our developers have just finished working on the multiple admin emails feature. It will be available in the next plugin update.
    Until then, multiple emails can be added only through editing the database.
