KeymasterHi Christine,
There are no compatibility issues with WordPress 4.6. And it is rather difficult to detect what causes an issue exactly without access to your WordPress. Please submit a request providing us with admin access data and website URL. We’ll have a closer look at your particular case.
Best regards,

KeymasterHi Yogi,
You can go to TimeTable > Columns > edit each column and set Order ID to re-order them in a way you need.

KeymasterHi,
We’ve just found out that MotoPress of latest version requires PHP version 5.3+ installed on your server. It does not depend on WordPress version. You can either roll back to previous version of plugin till we release a compatible version or switch PHP version on your server to 5.3 and grater versions. Do not forget to consult with hosting provider before upgrading PHP version on your server.
We’re currently working on a workaround to make it compatible with lower PHP versions but we would also recommend to pay your attention to PHP version used on your server as WordPress recommends PHP 5.6.
We are sorry for temporary inconveniences.
Best regards,

KeymasterHi Ronald,
I’ve just tested it locally and layout of the blog can be switched easily via Customizer. make sure you use latest version of theme and Emmet Theme Engine plugin. if it is not helpful I would like to have a look at your child theme and its settings. So could you submit a request to our support team providing admin access data?
Best regards,

KeymasterHi Erik,
Yes, you can try to edit page layouts and output Featured Images where you need using Child theme. But I would also recommend to use page template ‘With Header Image’ and use your banner as header image. You can change it within Customizer.

KeymasterHi Arjun,
Please try to click at ‘+Add’ button at the top panel. It will show/hide left toolbar so that you could view the page you edit and its changes without reloading the page.
Contact us if you have any additional questions.

KeymasterHi Geoff,
Most likely you need to update PHP version up to 5.3 or later on your server. I would recommend to contact hosting provider asking for assistance to update PHP version on your server.

KeymasterHi Fabio,
We have not been receiving great number of issue with this error so it is a personal case I guess. Make sure you use latest version of plugin – 2.1.0.
If it is up to date you can submit a request so that we could check your request personally.

KeymasterHi Heidi,
The TimeTable on your website has been loaded successfully for the first time I checked it. Try to test it using another PC or ask your friends to check website?
Also clear the cache in your browser and refresh the page.

KeymasterHi Heidi,
You can try to increase the height of cell or enable filter above the timetable. Then your visitors will be able to filter the events they need.

KeymasterHi Chuck,
In order to set a slider to show on certain devices you should go to slider Settings > Appearance and set Visible from/till dimensions. For example you need to set Visible from – 768 or 900 px for mobile slider to show it on tablets and mobile devices. And for desktop slider you should set Visible till – 768 or 900 px to show on desktop screens.
We’re working on new version of slider where you do not need to create another slider. You will be able to switch between devices and arrange the layers according to dimension.

KeymasterHi Heidi,
It is for the first time we get such a request. We would recommend to check your Internet Connection or contact your hosting provider for details about your server performance.

KeymasterHi Neal,
Thank you for your notice. We have found that ‘Order’ parameter is functioning but in the descending order. It means that you need to put the biggest value for item supposed to be the first one and so on. We’ll fix it in one of the next version. Have a nice day.

KeymasterHi Chuck,
This is feature of the plugin not to play self-hosted videos at mobile devices. It may take too long to load the self-hosted videos at small devices and increase bounce rate at your website because many visitors do not wish to wait till your website loads. That’s why this option has been disabled.
You can try to create another slider specially for mobile devices and add YouTube video as a layer.
