You can try to add this line to functions.php file of your theme and you’ll find White Label item in Settings Menu.

delete_site_option('mpwl_hide_wl_menu');

When you decide to hide it again, you’ll need to remove this line and hide it.

You can customize theme layout by installing Child Theme and editing its style.css file. The height of navigation depends on Website Title/logo. You need to remove padding and add fixed height value for ‘site-header’ class.
