There is no possibility to import properties or availability settings from Airbnb. It is possible to import and export bookings only.

Thanks for contacting us. There is a Contact Form block from the Getwid plugin used in the theme by default. Make sure you use the Getwid 2.0.9+ version. It allows you to indicate a custom recipient at Settings > Getwid.

The email tags %room_rate_title% and %room_rate_description% displayed the Title and the description of the rate. If you wish to show the pricing you may add %price_breakdown% email tag to show all the details of how the booking price was formed. These email tags can be added to the email templates at Accommodation > Settings > Admin/Customer Emails.
