What’s the proces if the admin has to confirm manually

I am trying to figure out what’t the proces for the admin to confirm the booking. I am reading some stuff about 20 minutes, is this limit also when the admin needs to confirm it? Or is it ment for the visitor who needs to confirm it?

Hello Nahdie,

The confirmation “By admin manually” mode is not affected by the “Approval Time for User” option, as it is applied to the confirmation “By customer via email” mode only. You will find more information in this part of plugin documentation.
