User Pays Options in Backend, Need for option users

In Accommodation Settings There is the option to set User Pays either a deposit or the Full Amount. In our instance we require full payment 60 prior to stay. But for now, we have it so they may make a 20% deposit but was intended to be for further ahead bookings. We have setup user pays a deposit of 20% but this plugin doesn’t care when they are booking, if I wanted to book within this window or even for a tomorrow availability I could and only have to pay the deposit.
Is there a way to setup this criteria?

It seems to do this we may need plugin Hotel Booking Payment Request, so when they complete their booking with a 20% deposit and then look in their inbox and see an invoice for the balance.

Hi Chris,

Yes, the process you described is possible with HB Payment Request addon. Thus you may set to charge deposit 20% and send an automated email to request to pay the rest in 60 days before check-in. However if reservation is made in less then 60 days before check in he is charged 20% and in an our he gets email to pay the rest.
We’ll review the possibility to charge full amount if the reservation is made less than X days before check-in date. Probably it will be adjusted in one of the next updates of this extension.
