Issues with the dynamic cache and cookie set by mphb_session

Hello
I have 3 websites using MotoPress and I have caching problems on all 3 websites. The dedicated server they are on has over 100 other WordPress websites and no issues with caching with all of those.

My server:
Intel Xeon E-2288G – 8 Core/ 16thr, 3.7Ghz – 5.0Ghz – 64GB Mem – 800GB Raid-1 NVME Storage – Transfer 10000 GB
CloudLinux v8.8.0 STANDARD kvm
Apache 2.4
All above with current update.

Plugins (all updated):
Elementor Pro
Gravity Forms
Motopress Booking
WooComemrce
Did have WP Rocket but have disabled to see if thats the issue (it wasn’t).

I love MotoPress for the accommodation bookings and don’t want to change plugins however, this issue is detrimental to my clients and the ability for users to book rooms.

Is there a know set up for the server that does work not a problem? At this stage I am happy to provision a new server with recommended setup?

Anyone with a recommendation would be greatly appreciated.
