Hello, MotoPress team. We are using Payment Request for manually sending Payment Request balance due emails when booking are edited.
Now, our client wants to be able to invoice travelers after they leave in the event they cause damages to an accommodation (say, a broken window or other damages). Is there a way to add such a variable damages fee when editing a booking thru Admin?
Of course, we could do this as an add-on Service, but that means the Damages Fee option would always appear in the original booking, which would be inappropriate.
You may try creating such a service and enable it right before adding to the booking in the back-end. Once it is added, disable the service back, so it is not applied to other bookings – this should work.
