  1. Is there a My Account feature for guests to manage their bookings?
    Is there a capability to send payment link to collect payments?
    Can we collect initial deposit during booking ?

  2. For the campsite one can we swap the trype of camping and location around so they can pick a rv/tent 1st and then available locations. So they can pick an rv from one location and then drive it to a different location. Also is they a login system so clients can up load their type of tv/ tent and then someone can upload their location. In other works to pick a rv from someone and then book a campsite from someone else.

    How do the deposits work with the booking system? So, the customer would make a booking by paying a % deposit, but how then is the remainder of the money for the booking collected? Is there a way that this can be done through the system, or is this something that would need to be kept track of by the business owner/manager and collected by them?

    1. Hi Tom,
      By default, the balance due payment can be paid on arrival or by other means without using the Hotel Booking plugin. Or you can use Payment Request add-on to send a reminder with a payment link.

        Great, thanks for the help. Just one more thing – is there a way of editing the booking form fields? Such as adding new fields and/or making them required for example. We would need a required section so customer making the booking can add some information we need, whether this just be a text field, checkbox, and so on.

    1. Thanks for your question. The theme is not translated into any language, however, the hotel booking plugin that is used in this theme is translated up to 98%. You may add missing translations or edit the current ones on your own.

    Exemple de location de 1 emplacement nu pour tente : 10€ basse saison et 15€ haute saison – comment faire pour jouter 1 adulte (8€ basse saison et 10€ haute saison) + 1 enfant (4€ basse saison et 5€ haute saison) + 1 vĂ©hicule (4€ basse saison et 5€ haute saison) ?

  7. I am using Campterra theme. I see how to add tax. However, it simply shows the price with tax on the purchase page, it doesn’t show the user that the price used to be $45, and there is $0.90 in tax for a total of $45.90. How can I show them breakdown of costs?

    1. Hi Mike, thanks for your question. The detailed price breakdown can be found on the checkout page (it can be folded/unfolded), and you can add it to the email notification for customers.
