If a customer uses the search form to find an accommodation, he choose an amount of adult guests to search for.
A list of possible accomodations is shown. After selection the checkout form is shown where the check-in date and the check-out date from the search-form are pre-chosen – BUT not the amount of adults.

So the customer will see the price for the min adult amount e.g. 1 – BUT not for the chosen amount originally selected in the search form.

Why is the check-in date and check-out date stored in the cookies and shown in the checkout form, but not the amount of adults? Do we have a misconfiguration?

Our customers and the booking portals are confused about this and see this as a critical point. They see it’s irritating because we show a lower price initially.

Customers need to choose the amount of adults again to have the real price updated in the checkout form. Could you provide any help?

I have exactly the same issue. Is there a way around this?

Same here, can we have a response from support?

    Hi,

The capacity parameters are cleared on the checkout page for the guest to make a conscious selection of adults and children and prevent making a mistake. However, we also have this request in our list of features so I’ve added your upvotes to that task and we will notify you when we have any news on this.

    best regards,
    John Davis
