Unable to synchronise from Booking.com

    I have a problem on my site. The synchronisation from Booking.com to my website works correctly, but from my website to Booking.com I can’t synchronise it.
    To do this, I take the link from Synchronize, Import and Export Calendars –> Export, and I paste it in Booking.com, and I always get the error “This iCAL URL is invalid. Please try again.” I already have bookings on the website, so it should work, right?

    Hi Maria,

    Thanks for contacting us. Please make sure your site is public and there is not enabled any coming soon mode. etc. If you open the copied link into the browser being logged out, then it should offer you to save ICS file – it means that the link is valid. Could you please provide your website URL?
