ParticipantHello, is there a way to send the user to a thank you page after they schedule an appointment? I am trying to setup a conversion in Google ads / analytics but can’t without a thank you page.

ModeratorHello Adam,
Unfortunately, there is currently no such option in the Appointment Booking plugin. We do have such a feature request added to our list and in case there are more requests from other users, we might consider implementing this option in one of the plugin future updates.

ParticipantThat will be nice to have or at least have the possibility to add a text (like “Pleas check your Inbox & Spam folder”)

KeymasterHi Marcel,
Thanks for your feedback. You may change that text by editing translations of the Appointment Booking plugin. You may use the Loco Translate plugin to edit texts of the plugins and theme in the dashboard of your site.
best regards,

ParticipantHi Karl,
It’s not entirely clear what functionality you’re requesting. The original topic was about integration with Google Ads, which is addressed by the Google Analytics for Appointment Booking add-on. It tracks the user journey through the booking form up to the completion step, which can be used as a conversion signal for Google Ads.
If your goal is simply to edit the text, you can use a translation plugin, as mentioned earlier.
If you need more advanced customization—such as adding custom text or HTML—you can use the template override feature. For example, you can copy the file
/motopress-appointment/templates/shortcodes/booking/step-booking.php
to
your_theme_folder/motopress/appointment/shortcodes/booking/
and add your custom HTML there. This approach has been tested in the “Confirmation upon payment” mode. - AuthorPosts
