Synchronization Logs Problem

Hello everyone,
Logs on my website don’t delete automatically, which eventually after 4 years caused my server to get full and websites that I’m hosting to crash :[.
Using manual delete logs button works :

But whenever I’m trying to trigger cron action using WP-Cron plugin
logs don’t delete

Did anyone experience similar problem or has any idea where to start with troubleshooting process. I’m diggin thru php, nginx, cron logs and I don’t seem to find anything useful.

Thanks for contacting us. Please make sure you use the latest version of the plugin since there were released several updates to optimize removal of the logs 4.0.0 and 4.2.2
