You may try to use the style below to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS in order to hide the capital letter in the slider:

I found out how to do it.
The issue is I would like to reduce the space/ padding at the top of the logo but the buttons don’t work. how do I do it?

Hi Margaret,

Thank you for your reply and for the provided information. You need to click on the arrow down next to Padding and Margin to expand the options and edit the values to reduce the space.

That does not work as it just toggles between display the padding or hide it.
