    Hi Guys

I made a website for a campsite and for context, “accommodation types” like tents etc all have a maximum of 4 adults and 4 children, with the price increasing or each person. So a tent for 1 adult is £12, for 2 adults its £24 etc.

The booking page, prior to a customer filling out the number of guests (adults and children) the price breakdown tab at the bottom shows the maximum price (like the price for 4 adults + 4 kids for example).

Is there any way to change this value to show the cheapest price or no price until the customer enters the number of guests?

I’m getting emails where people saying the price is extortionate, but they are seeing the price for 4 adults and 4 children as they have not entered the actual number of guests (which would correct and reduce the price) and this is causing people to bounce off the page.

    Hope all this makes sense

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi Scott,

unfortunately there is not an option to change this however we got similar requests prior. Thus we will do our best to offer some solution as soon as it is possible.

As a workaround we may offer to add a custom notification asking to select proper amount of guests to see relevant price. Please submit a request to our support team if you need assistance adding such a notification.

    best regards,

    Hi,

Since a recent update, the MotoPress Hotel Booking plugin displays the base price of a rate if no capacity has been selected yet on the checkout page. Make sure to update the plugin to its latest version (3.5.0) to use this and other new features.
