Pending Payment Time

    I have seen that there is an expiration time when adding a booking to the cart (Accommodation / Settings / Payment Gateways / “Pending Payment Time”.

    Great features to avoid a double booking, but, when the customer removes the booking from their cart, the slot stays unavailable (for the remaining 60 minutes of the expiry time). Is there any way to clear the session if the item is removed from the cart?

    If the customer wants to make a new reservation to change a service for example, they would need to wait the full 60 minutes.

    Hello Ryan,

    Thank you for the question.
    To make a new reservation not waiting for 60 minutes, admin can manually change the booking status to the “cancelled” one from the back-end. In this way a guest will be able to reserve the accommodation less that in 60 minutes.
