Payment request (for Channel Icall)

Hello All,

How can I get customers to pay for bookings placed via Channel (Icall)?

I get Icall updated in the system however I would now add the customer details to the Calendar. I got stuck as I cannot edit booking or add the payment request for customers who system picked from calendar (Icall).

Usually when a customer books through external source as booking.com we use the current system to request for payment. How can I get around this as 80% of our bookings come through an external channel and we want keep all centralized and as well payment are requested through our system.

Hello there,

Unfortunately, there is no option to request payment for imported bookings, as their price is zero and you are unable to edit it without the possibility to edit the booking itself.
We will definitely take your suggestion into consideration and in case there are more requests from other users, we might consider implementing such option in one of the plugin future releases.
