Payment Page

I had someone install Payment request for me. Guests have been saying that they get the email request ok but the link doesn’t work for payment. I have looked at the YouTube videos and it looks like, in pages, there is no payment page. Is this the reason why?
If so, can anyone tell me how to add the page after it has been installed.

Hi Jim,

Thanks for your question. Yes, you need to create a Payment Request page and add the shortcode [mphb_payment_request_checkout] to the content area of this page. Then publish the page and navigate to Accommodation > Settings > Extensions > Payment Request and select this page.
