As per booklium multiple villas demo, where it shows properties around the word, I would need to have multiple owners for my platform, how can I achieve that? any third part plug in?

Unfortunately, multi-vendor functionality is not available in the Hotel Booking plugin, however, we do have such a feature request and I have added your up-vote to it as well. As for the third-party plugins, we have not tested any of them with the Hotel Booking, therefore, can not suggest any as we do not guarantee their compatibility.
