Individual room key/code per room by email

Hi there,

Is there any way to send out a individual key/code that is connected to the accomodation room after the payment to the customer? With the additionally notification plugin it’s only possible to send out text fields that are connected to the kind of accomodation but not to the room itself.

I want to realize that the customers will get the room key/code automaticly with the booking confirmation.

Any ideas?

Hi, Sebastian!

Yes, we have a great Notifier add-on, however, it does not allow sending notifications to actual accommodations, only to accommodation types.
At this point the workaround would be creating a separate accommodation type for each room, so you could send key/code to corresponding room.
