If only adults, don't show children rooms and vice versa?

Is this possible?

When I search for 1 adult, the first results that appear are for rooms that have the capacity to accommodate children. I obviously only want to show these if all non child rooms are taken.

If not is there a way to weight rooms like you would do posts order? i.e

Room Type A – 2nd
Room Type B – 3rd
