In the booking workflow, when customer pass from Hotel Booking form (guests, services, etc) to Hotel Booking WooCommerce Payments (billing information and booking resume), in the booking resume you can see the text:
You have 10min to complete the payment before your order is dropped.
If customers wait more than 10 min, when they clic to pay, the system not check if the time has been exceded and they are redirected to the payment platform.
Even if customers see the message “Sorry, your order is dropped. Try again.” The payment button is enabled and they can pay.
Could you review this.

I have double-checked the WooCOmmerce Payments functionality and so far it is correct – once the time to pay for the booking expires, the guest can no longer proceed with the payment, since the session is expired: https://prnt.sc/tf6s0o. If payments are still available after the time to pay expires on your website, kindly submit your request at our Help Desk providing temporary access to WordPress dashboard, so we take a closer look at the issue.
