Error activating plugin

I have installed the plugin but when go to activate get this error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘::’ (T_PAAMAYIM_NEKUDOTAYIM) in /home/posadaelmara/public_html/wp-content/plugins/motopress-hotel-booking/plugin.php on line 441

Thanks for your question. It looks like there is installed an out-of-date PHP version on the server. Please try to contact your hosting provider and ask them to update the PHP version on your server to 7.6+

No puedo activar la licencia, me han pasado tutoriales de como activarla pero la verdad es que no es el mismo tutorial para la plataforma que tengo.

Y soporte técnico no me ha ayudado en nada.
Solicito su ayuda, esto ya se tornó desesperante.
