Coupon system: problem and request

    Hi I have big problems with coupons:

    First, they don’t always work by inserting them on the booking confirmation page… sometimes yes, unfortunately it tells me that the coupon is not applicable.

    Second, I wanted to ask if it is possible to make sure that once the coupons have been set, they are applied when the customer chooses a reservation that leads to the days affected by the coupon.

    Third, do the minimum days limit and the maximum limit count only nights or complete days?

    Hi Massimo,

    Thanks for your questions.

    1. You need to make sure the settings of the coupon codes are met when you apply the coupon on the checkout page.
    2. Could you please clarify this question in more detail because I’m not sure I get the question correctly?
    3. The minimum and maximum days are equal to the number of nights of the stay-in period.
