admin email by new booking

    Hi All,

    After the new update, the email address of the “Creator” in the background is filling automatic.

    So as admin when you make a new booking, the email address field is standard filled with the admin address.

    Anybody a solution? Before the update, the address was not automatically filled.

    Hi Floris,
    This behavior was added since 4.2.0 version https://motopress.com/products/hotel-booking/#release-notes when customer accounts were added and so the fields are pre-populated automatically. You may simply paste the needed email instead of the admin’s one. Could you please clarify what is the issue exactly? Thanks.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your quick reply.

    Since the new update, all new bookings get the email address from the user who put it into the system.
    For example, our user ADMIN do a lot of manual bookings, and now we have 1 step extra to remove the automatically filled email address every time when admin makes a booking.

    Thanks for your reply. When the admin adds a booking he needs to paste the details of the real guest on the final step. So you simply paste that data instead of the predefined one. It is the same as if you fill the empty fields, isn’t it?
