Admin Booking – Ability to adjust rates

Hi there,
I am wondering if it’s possible to adjust rates when making a manual admin booking? For example, if we have media stay, we often offer free or discounted rates. At the moment I am unable to adjust this so they receive an email stating the fixed price of $300/night. Instead of the discounted rate of $150 for example. It’s only after the booking is made that I can go into that booking and change the pricing, but they have already received a confirmation email with the incorrect pricing. I hope this makes sense?

Hello Ash,

Unfortunately, there is no option to change rates on-the-fly when adding bookings manually. However, you may create a coupon and apply it to such bookings, so the price is reduced and your guests receive emails with valid price right away.
