KeymasterHi Corey,
Collecting or storing credit card info in WordPress is not safe, so it cannot be included into our plugin and we do not recommend doing it. Our plugin accepts payments only through the secure pages of the enabled payment gateways.
If you are willing to risk you can use a plugin like this, or rename the Notes field to prompt your visitors attach the credit card info to their bookings.August 7, 2018 at 11:38 am in reply to: Details page- Availability Calendar Vs Search Availability Calendar #706607Stacy Lind
KeymasterHi Maciej,
Thank you for resolving the issue on your own!

KeymasterHi Danijel,
The booked dates are displayed in the date-picker when you are booking from the accommodation type page. If you want them to be displayed in the booking form added on some other page, then use this shortcode to add the search availability form: [mphb_availability id=”your-accommodation-type-id”]
If you enable the Skip Search Results option (in Accommodation > Settings) the availability message will be displayed right under the availability search form. Your guests will not be redirected to the search results page to see the result.Stacy Lind
KeymasterHi,
The emails need to be translated through the String Translation module.

July 26, 2018 at 7:36 am in reply to: How Can I Add The Availability Calendar For One Accommodation? #702888Stacy Lind
KeymasterHi Joe,
Thank you for updating the thread.
The shortcode for the calendars was added in the latest update of the booking plugin (2.7.5). This update has not yet been included into the theme packages that come with the booking plugin, because it takes some more time to make sure that the update is compatible with the themes themselves. We will post in this thread when the update 2.7.5 is available to all the users.Stacy Lind
KeymasterHi Kirill,
No compatibility issues have been reported with Google Maps plugins, so you can use any. We could advise Google Maps Easy for its rich functionality.
July 25, 2018 at 8:56 am in reply to: Display different number of accommodations in Home Page #702612Stacy Lind
KeymasterHi Gabi,
To change the number of the displayed accommodation types, you will need to edit the shortcode on the Home Page. So instead of:
[mphb_rooms view_button=”true”]
specify the ids of the accommodation types that should be displayed like:
[mphb_rooms view_button=”true” ids=”44,42″]
The accommodation type ids can be found in the Accommodation tab > Accommodation Types > hover over an accommodation type to see its id to use in the shortcode.
You can read more about the available shortcodes and their configurations in Accommodation > Shortcodes.July 23, 2018 at 1:06 pm in reply to: Villagio/Booking plugin questions about services and seasons #702001Stacy Lind
KeymasterHi all!
We are writing to inform you that one of the features that you requested in this thread has been implemented with one of the recent updates of the MotoPress Hotel Booking plugin.
Now you can charge extra for extra guests. For this create a rate in Accommodation > Rates and tick the Enable Variable Pricing box. It will allow you to specify the exact prices to charged based on the number of people staying.
So update the plugin or register a back-end demo to test the new functionality. We also have a video tutorial that may be helpful.
Thank you for helping us make the plugin better.Stacy Lind
KeymasterHi Maciej,
We could not recreate the problem by your link.
The Today button jumps to the current date as expected.
The today date is selectable in the datepicker ( http://prntscr.com/k9t9h3 ) and gives correct search results.
Could you describe the problem in more detail (with screenshots if possible), so that we could recreate it?Stacy Lind
KeymasterHi Maciej,
Thank you for the feedback!

KeymasterHi Keith,
It sounds like you forgot to set the confirmation mode to Upon Payment in Accommodation > Settings.
Also make sure that you have created a WooCommerce checkout page. It a page that contains the following shortcode: [woocommerce_checkout], and it is defined as the checkout page in the WooCommerce tab > Settings > Checkout.
If these settings are configured as described, but you still don’t get to pay, please, submit a ticket here for further assistance.Stacy Lind
KeymasterHi Maciej,
Your question is very timely. That is exactly what our developers are working on now. We will post in this thread when the update is available.

KeymasterHi Michelle,
There is no View Full Site option in the Oceanica theme. All the info is displayed by default. Most likely, the mobile display is being influenced by the JetPack settings. Make sure to disable the JetPack mobile theme in the JetPack settings.

KeymasterHi Paul,
Unfortunately, we cannot list all the requirements of external platforms in our documentation as they are often not public or change frequently. Please, refer to the documentation of PayPal to correctly configure your account and avoid issues.
PayPal uses IPN to notify websites that a payment went through successfully. When our plugin gets this confirmation, the payment and booking gets completed.
Make sure that IPN is enabled in your sandbox PayPal account. For this log into your PayPal account > Profile > Profile and Settings > My selling tools > Instant payment notifications (Update). Click Edit to insert the link of your website and tick Receive IPN messages (Enabled).
If it still does not work for you, you can submit a support ticket and we will check the problem on your installation.- AuthorPosts
