ModeratorHello Helen,
For this purpose the Variable Pricing must be used – you should set the price per night according to the number of guests: https://prnt.sc/yp3pxx.

ModeratorHello Mathieu,
Unfortunately, I was unable to replicate the issue on my end. I have tried the Direct Bank Transfer gateway via WooCommerce and Billing information was passed to Bookings ->Payment History: https://prnt.sc/yp35lp.
Kindly submit your request to our Help Desk providing temporary access to WordPress dashboard, so we take a closer look at the issue.Regards,

ModeratorHello Helen,
In order to do this your Client will need to create a new Season for the desired date and add a special price for this season to the Rate. She will need to make sure to drag and drop this season rate to the very top of the list in order to make sure the rate has the higher priority and is applied instead of standard rates for the same date.

ModeratorHello Richard,
The message is defined in the [mphb_booking_confirmation] shortcode, in order to edit it you may use Loco Translate plugin, you will find an example on how to do that in this article.

ModeratorHello Beverly,
Unfortunately, there is no option to assign attributes to accommodations, only to accommodation types. As an alternative you may group your accommodations under accommodation types with 30AMP and 50AMP hookups respectively, e.g.:
RV site (30AMP hookups): RV 1, RV 2, RV 3 etc.
RV site (50AMP hookups): RV 1, RV 2, RV 3 etc.Another option would be creating a separate accommodation type for each accommodation, so you could set desired parameters to them.

ModeratorHello Holger,
The only option would be enabling direct booking in order to allow your guests to book specific accommodation right from its single page, so if it is not available the guest will receive a corresponding message.
Navigate to Accommodation ->Settings and enable the “Skip search results page and enable direct booking from accommodation pages.” option there.Regards,

ModeratorHello Mathieu,
Yes, that is correct, the order information is included in the payment under Payment History, here is how it looks like: https://prnt.sc/yd7m3i.
Kindly specify what payment gateway in WooCommerce you are using and what information is missing in the payment.Regards,

ModeratorHello Karl,
Thank you for your detailed feedback, it is much appreciated.
The feature implementation would require some custom development and would not be easy to be implemented. For now we only collect our users feedback, so I am afraid the feature will not be implemented in the nearest future.Regards,

ModeratorHello Maurice,
1). Not really, you need to find out the added field class and add display: none; to this specific class, e.g.:
.mphb-customer-pets-info-guests.mphb-textarea-control { display: none; }Use the Inspect Element feature of your browser to find the class out: https://prnt.sc/y8wzbf. The code must be added under Appearance ->Customize ->Additional CSS in your dashboard.
2). Looks like the issue has been resolved and you were finally able to update the plugin.

ModeratorHello Gerilyn,
The issue may occur due to the fact you have not configured seasons or/and rates properly for the accommodation type in question – this causes the calendar to be not displayed on the front-end. Make sure to configure seasons, rates and accommodations according to directions in this article.

ModeratorHello Mathieu,
The error occurs when you deactivate the Hotel Booking plugin while the Checkout Fields add-on is active. Our developers have already found a solution to the issue and will include the fix in the nearest plugin update.
Meanwhile, you should rename the “checkout-fields” folder under /wp-content/plugins/ directory on your server in order to have the website working again. Once it is done navigate to your WordPress dashboard and activate the Hotel Booking plugin. After that you may rename the “checkout-fields” back on your server.Regards,

ModeratorHello Franco,
Unfortunately, there is no such option in the Hotel Booking plugin by default, however, you may try one of the third-party solutions, e.g. this one.
Since this is the WooCommerce plugin, you will need to also get our WooCommerce Payments add-on to be able to integrate this payment gateway to the Hotel Booking.Regards,
