Override template of checkout shortcode

Hi there,
I checked the plugin folder and I found templates similar woocommerce, but they seem not the ones that shortcodes refer to.
How I can override checkout form for example if it is generated by shortcode?

Yes, you can override some templates via files in /templates subfolder https://motopress.com/document/hotel-booking-overriding-templates/
As for the checkout shortcode so it can be overridden by using functions. You can find some examples on the forum
