I just purchased the extended support minutes ago. How to I receive that extended support? I have an open ticket I need help with. Do I need to do anything to let you know that ticket is what I need help with? Do I submit my support request somewhere different? Please advise and thanks for the help. hi , I purchase hotel booking plugin and villago theme couple of weeks back . i have an issue to display gallery images for the properties when i set a gallery for each property then images don’t show on preview but when i remove gallery then only featured image display perfectly on preview of site but its must to have a gallery for properties, could you please suggest me on this matter ill be so grateful of you .
Thanks for your question. The issue with slider galleries is caused by the lazy load option that was enabled in WordPress by default. We have fixed this issue in the recent update of the Hotel Booking plugin. Our developers are working to update the plugin in our rental themes though it requires time. So you may disable galleries and show featured images as a temporary solution or purchase a Hotel Booking plugin license to get updates not depending on theme updates.

What type of support would you provide for MP hotel booking that include external calendars and one accommodation type (small cottage) that allows one booking at a time? The sync calendar is not syncing to external calendars.
Hotel Booking plugin and each external platform or OTA imports the bookings from external sources. So it looks like your external platform is not importing bookings from our site. Make sure you added a link from your site to your external platform to import bookings from your site.
The links are added into the external calendars. I’ve doubled checked this. But it is still not showing up on Airbnb. Someone booked for September last week on WordPress and it is still not showing up on airbnb.
And no emails are being sent to customer or admin when booking is made.

I purchased Hoteller with Motopress in it. I need a way to import homes & rates rather than entering them 1 by 1. We will have about 80 homes with all different rates.
