Sync Calendars

    Hello,

    For some reason a calendar from an accommodation (id=205057)
    on my site does not sync with another accommodation(2)
    calendar on my site? I have made a booking under accommodation (id=205057)

    INFO 1 URL pulled for parsing.
    WARNING Calendar file is not empty, but there are no events in https://………..co.za/?feed=mphb.ics&accommodation_id=205057&a=1

    Hello Philip,

    I would recommend that you submit your request to our Help Desk providing temporary access to WordPress dashboard, so we take a closer look at the issue.

    Hi Andre, I have submitted a ticket yesterday. When I try to follow the link provided by the autoresponder (email) I can not log in to the Zendesk dashboard to view the ticket status? Should I just wait for an email response? Thank You
