I bought the addon, tried all different things, but the star rating does not appear in the comment function on my website https://hasufrey.de

Unfortunately, we could not reach your website, it is said that “This site can’t be reached”
Please, make sure to follow instructions in this video tutorial with all settings that should be configured described.
In case the issue still exists, you can submit a ticket here with the valid link to your website and describe the steps you’ve done to configure the plugin. We would probably need to have a closer look at the issue and provide with our assistance personally.
