    Hello, MotoPress team. We had a regular iCal synch go rogue on us yesterday, where the MPHB logs show the 2 synch URLs for a single accommodation type were processed and parsed multiple times in the same synch event, wreaking havoc with our calendar and dropping some legitimate imported bookings. It appears each URL was processed 4 times. In our case, each accommodation type only has one accommodation.

    It seems things cleared up later in the day, and the synch process has resumed to normal. We synch every 30 minutes.

    This appeared to only affect one accommodation type (we have about 20 accommodation types).

    Can you advise on what might cause this anomaly?

    So far we have not received any similar complaints from other users, so the issue is quite weird indeed.
    Since this has happened only once so far, I would kindly ask that you monitor your future sync logs to see if the issue occurs again. If it does, submit a request to our Help Desk providing a temporary access to your WordPress dashboard, so we take a closer look at the issue.

    Hello, Andre. We had another issue with the same accommodation today, where the synch did not process the iCal URLs at all. I will go ahead and submit a Help Deck request.
