I Paid for the Membership and cannot access downloads

Hi, I paid for my membership and for my safety in case I forget, I cancelled renewal for next year Sept 11 2021, but after doing that I cannot access my downloads anymore. Can you please unlock my downloads, this is an error in the website.

I have checked your Membership status and it is active, you should be able to download desired products without any issues. Make sure you are logged in to your account via e-mail you have used for the Membership purchase.
