Guests: 1 appears in emails when guest management is disabled

In the setting page I have selected “Disable “adults” and “children” options for my website.” under Guest Management.

In the emails being sent, in the accommodation section it is saying “Guests: 1”.

Obviously, it shouldn’t as it’s confusing for the customer, so how can I get rid of that please?
