I have set up a 50% deposit when booking a cabin. How are others reconnecting to guest to have balance due paid prior to arrival?

Over a busy season we are capturing a lot of data including email and telephone numbers. Is there a tool for extracting the data for marketing and social media?

Thanks for contacting us.

At the moment the rest of deposit is paid by guests on arrival or using third party solutions, bank transfers that are tracked manually by administrator.
However we are reviewing possibility to create solution to send payment link to pay the rest. We’ll notify you once we have any news on this.

As for the second part of your request could you clarify it more detailed? What exactly information you need and what is the purpose of usage? Screenshots and examples are appreciated.

What tools do you suggest for creating a Follow Up marketing plan. Is this a paid addon you may be developing ?

The feature that you requested is now available for MotoPress Hotel Booking.
With the new addon Request Payment, you can charge a deposit during booking and automatically or manually request the rest of the payment a certain number of days before check-in. You can read more about the plugin in this article.
